Nutrition for the 40+

Nutrition for the 40 plus “was the theme on 14 October 2015 at the Joint Rotary club meet (Juhu and Bombay East) at Club Millennium.
“Be willing to change if you don’t want to see a change “was the base for the talk ; the audience was educated on signs of physiological ageing , understanding blood reports ,food choices and behaviour implications on health and nutrition status. Changes in every day food eaten and choices available were explained.
Right food and nutrition adequacy with equal importance to fitness essentials was the major emphasis of the talk, where the audience interacted with enthusiasm.
